INTRODUCTION

You can use a Groove account on up to five computers. When you install an account, your license is installed together with the account. When you use a single Groove account on different computers, you can access your Groove workspaces, contacts, and account data from each computer on which the account is installed.

To access the Groove data from other computers, you must import an existing account. You do not create a new account that has the same information as the original account. You need a second license to create a second account. Additionally, a second account will not give you access to the data from the first account.

If you want to use different names for different contexts, you can create multiple identities in a single account. For example, you may want to use different names for work use and for personal use.
