FIX: The DCOM server settings revert to the default settings when you remove all users from the "Launch and Activation Permissions" area in the Component Services (DCOMCONFG) tool on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 (906677)

SYMPTOMSOn a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, you remove all users from the Launch and Activation Permissions area in the Component Services (DCOMCONFG) tool. When you do this, the DCOM server settings revert from the customized settings to the default settings.
Note This problem only occurs on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003.
