Fixes in the service pack that require that you configure a registry key

No results are listed when you try to search for German language composite wordsWhen you try to search for German language composite words, no words are found.
Subscription and alert notifications are not sent for a deleted virtual server in SharePoint Portal Server 2003If Windows SharePoint Services has been removed from an extended virtual server, such as in SharePoint Central Administration, subscription and alert notifications are not sent by using an e-mail message in SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
Alternate URLs are incorrect in the Search Results pane when thumbnails are displayedWhen you search images on a server that is running SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and the images include an alternate URL, the thumbnails that are displayed in the Search Results pane show an incorrect URL.
