To save a report that is created by Sybari Enterprise Manager, follow these steps:

1. Run the report that you want to save.
2. On the File menu, click Save as.
3. Locate the folder in which you want to save the file.
   
   Note We recommend that you create a new folder for each report.
4. In the Name box, type a name for the file, and then click Save.

You can save reports that are created by Sybari Enterprise Manager as .htm files or as .mht files. If you save a report as an .htm file, Sybari Enterprise Manager creates a subfolder to store the image files that are used in the report. If you copy the report to another location, Sybari Enterprise Manager automatically copies the associated image to the subfolder.

If you are save the report as an .mht file, the report is saved as an individual HTML archive. An HTML archive contains all the graphics from the report inline. When you send a report that was saved as an .mht file, the report will contain all the graphics inline. Therefore, the reports are easier to read when you send them to another user.
