You receive a "This Document is currently not available" message when you click the NWall icon in Antigen for Domino (906050)

SYMPTOMSWhen you click the NWall icon in Shuttle Navigator, you receive the following message:This Document is currently not available. After you receive this message, you cannot access the Antigen for Domino Client.CAUSEThis issue may occur if you try to start the Antigen for Domino Client on the local workstation instead of on the Lotus Domino server. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, follow these steps: - Log on to the Domino client computer.
- On the File menu, click Database, and then click Open.
- Click the Domino server on which Antigen is installed.
- Start the Antigen Administrator.
- Click the NWall icon in Shuttle Navigator to make sure that you can access the Antigen for Domino Client.
If you still receive the "This Document is currently not available" message when you click the NWall icon, open the Notes.ini file. Then, examine the following line: Antigen_Addins=nliven, nwallem, nshield Make sure that "nliven" appears in the "Antigen_Addins=" line. If "nliven" does not appear in the "Antigen_Addins=" line, follow these steps: - Start the Domino server.
- In the Domino console, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
tell antigen start nliven - Start the Antigen Administrator.
