The ASM Junk folder feature is disabled when you install Antigen 8.0 with Advanced Spam Manager (906017)

SYMPTOMSWhen you install Sybari Antigen 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange with Advanced Spam Manager (ASM) on a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, the ASM Junk folder feature is disabled. This setting is the default setting. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install the hotfix that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article: 884035 The Exchange Information Store service stops responding when you register an event sink on the system mailbox in Exchange 2000 Server
After you install this hotfix, follow these steps: - Start the Sybari Client (SybariClient.exe).
- In Shuttle Navigator, click Settings, and then click General Options.
- Click to select the Enable Junk Mail Folders check box.
