Only the title text and the footer text is printed when you print a PowerPoint 2003 presentation that is based on the Business vision design template (904809)

SYMPTOMS In Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, when you print a presentation that is based on the Business vision design template to a black and white printer, only the title text and the footer text is printed.CAUSEThis problem occurs if the following conditions are true: - The greyscale setting for the area that is not printed is set to White.
- In the Slide Master view, the greyscale setting for the area that is not printed is set to White.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, follow these steps: - Open the presentation that is based on the Business vision design template.
- On the View menu, point to Color/Grayscale, and then click Grayscale.
- Click the slide that is not printed correctly.
Note Do not click the objects that are contained in the slide. - On the Grayscale View toolbar, click Setting, and then click Grayscale.
- On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Slide Master.
- On the Slide Master slide, right-click an object area text box, point to Grayscale setting, and then click Grayscale.
Note Repeat this step for each object area text box to make sure that the greyscale setting for each object area text box is set to Grayscale. - On the Grayscale View toolbar, click Close Grayscale View.
- On the Slide Master View toolbar, click Close Master View.
