The custom paper size may change to a smaller size when you use certain printers in Publisher (904807)

SYMPTOMSIn a Microsoft Publisher publication that contains a custom page size, when you open the Custom Paper Size dialog box, the paper width and paper height settings may change to a smaller size than what had previously been set for the custom paper size.CAUSEThis problem may occur when the following conditions are true: - You use metric units to specify the custom page size. That is, you use millimeters (mm) to specify the custom page size.
- You use one of the following printers in Publisher:
- Canon i850
- Canon i950
- Epson PM-4000PX
RESOLUTIONThere is currently no workaround or resolution to correct this problem.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
