In the Traditional Chinese language version of Office Communicator 2005, dialog box fonts are larger than expected, and font characters are truncated on one side (904794)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, you must set the options in the Regional and Language Options dialog box to one of the three Traditional Chinese language versions that are listed in the "Cause" section. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type intl.cpl, and then click OK.
2. Click the Regional Options tab.
3. In the Standards and formats list, click one of the three Traditional Chinese language versions that are listed in the "Cause" section, and then click Apply.
4. Click the Languages tab.
5. Click Details.
6. In the Default input language list, click the Traditional Chinese language version that you selected in step 3.
7. Click OK two times.
8. Restart the computer.

After the computer has restarted, reset the options in the Regional and Language Options dialog box back to the language version that you want to use on the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type intl.cpl, and then click OK.
2. Click the Regional Options tab.
3. In the Standards and formats list, click the language version that you want to use on the computer, and then click Apply.
4. Click the Languages tab.
5. Click Details.
6. In the Default input language list, click the language version that you selected in step 3.
7. Click OK two times.
8. Restart the computer.
