SYMPTOMSWhen you use Microsoft Windows Embedded for Point of Service (WEPOS), you cannot send or receive Remote Assistance invitations.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the files that are required for Remote Assistance invitations are not included in the original release of WEPOS.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, download and install the following update.
