You cannot send or receive Remote Assistance invitations in Windows Embedded for Point of Service (903937)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Windows Embedded for Point of Service (WEPOS), you cannot send or receive Remote Assistance invitations.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the files that are required for Remote Assistance invitations are not included in the original release of WEPOS.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and install the following update.
