release.SYMPTOMSWhen you connect to a Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server on a computer where Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server Beta 2 is installed, the results for a work item query do not appear as expected in the
Visual Studio IDE. You may receive an error message that is similar to the
following: Error: Document not Found:
vstsfs:http://Servername:8080/Currituck/Results/Existing/ Note In this error message, Servername is a placeholder for the name of the Visual Studio Team
Foundation Server. CAUSEThis problem may occur if Visual Studio Team Foundation
Server Beta 2 was not correctly installed. This problem is known to occur if you
upgraded Visual Studio Team Foundation Server from an earlier beta
version.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, view
the query results in Microsoft Excel. To view
the query results in Excel, right-click the work item that you
want, and then click Open in Microsoft Excel.STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
in the "Applies to" section.
