Your presentation is not copied to the CD when you try to use the Package for CD feature in PowerPoint 2003 (902325)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to use the Package for CD feature in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, your presentation is not copied to the CD. Additionally, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms: - The computer may either appear to respond slower than usual, or the computer may stop responding.
- You may receive a "Trying to Erase" error message.
- You may receive one or more of the following error messages:
The files cannot be copied because the CD is not writable. What do you want to do? Insert a blank CD into drive driveletter:
Click Retry after the CD is inserted. The files cannot be copied to this CD because the CD already contains content. Try copying to a blank recordable CD (CD-R) or a rewritable CD (CD-RW).
CAUSEThese issues may occur when either of the following conditions is true: - You did not use a blank, unformatted CD when you used the Package for CD feature in PowerPoint 2003 to copy your presentation.
- A software program that is running on the computer prevented PowerPoint 2003 from copying files to the CD.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following procedures: - Use a blank, unformatted CD to copy files when you use the Package for CD feature in PowerPoint 2003.
- Quit all other programs that are running when you use the Package to CD feature in PowerPoint 2003.
