SYMPTOMS
When you try to run Microsoft Exchange 2000 reports from Microsoft
Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 Reporting, you receive the following error
message:
Action Failed. MacroName:
macMenuFilePreview. ActionName: RunCode.
Arguments:PreviewSelectedReports.
This symptom occurs if the following conditions are true:
- You try to run any one of the following reports:
- Exchange 2000 Health Monitoring and Operations
- Exchange 2000 Disk Usage
- Exchange 2000 Protocol Usage
- Exchange 2000 Information Store Usage
- Exchange 2000 SMTP Usage
- The number format of the regional settings
of the computer that is running MOM 2000 Reporting uses periods (.) instead of the commas (,). For example, the computer that is running MOM 2000 Reporting uses the Swedish number format.

Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, you must have MOM 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
installed on the computer. Additionally, the computer must host a MOM reporting server before you install this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this
hotfix. However, the MOM service restarts while the hotfix is being
applied.
Hotfix replacement information
This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
