SYMPTOMSWhen you view a closed opportunity in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2, you experience one of the following symptoms: CAUSEThis problem occurs if the Microsoft CRM server uses a Regional Options setting that specifies a European number format. The European number format uses a comma (,) as the decimal symbol. This problem occurs because the Closed Opportunities form does not correctly handle a comma as the decimal symbol.
Additionally, if you use the French (France) language locale with the (# ###,00) number format defined in CRM System Settings, you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
