SYMPTOMSWhen you copy files to a Microsoft Windows 2000-based server
that is under heavy stress, the files may become corrupted. However, the
performance of the server does not decrease.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the server cannot respond to a
server message block (SMB) within the time-out period. This period is set by the SessTimeout registry entry.RESOLUTIONUse the hotfix that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article to
