SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start the Money Invoice Designer, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Money could not locate the invoice designer templates. Please reinstall and try again. CAUSEThis issue occurs when one or more of the following conditions are true: - The version of Microsoft Windows Script that is on the computer is earlier than version 5.6, or your version of Windows Script is corrupted.
- The version of Microsoft XML that is on the computer is earlier than version 4.0, or your version of Microsoft XML is corrupted.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, download and install Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 and Microsoft XML 4.0. To install these updates, follow these steps: - Download Microsoft Windows Script 5.6. To do this, visit one of the following Microsoft Web sites:
Windows Script 5.6 for Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP
Windows Script 5.6 for Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 - Download Microsoft XML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2). To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
- Install Microsoft Windows Script 5.6.
- Install Microsoft XML 4.0.
- Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
- At the command prompt, type regsvr32 msxml3.dll, and then press ENTER.
