You cannot share a program when you invite more than 15 users at the same time in Communicator 2005 (898857)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to invite more than 15 users at the same time to share a program in Microsoft Office Communicator 2005, you may notice that you cannot initiate the sharing process.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the Microsoft Office Live Communication Server cannot process more than 15 users at the same time. The maximum number of users who you can invite to share a program at the same time in the Live Communication Server is between 10 and 12 users.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, invite the maximum number of users to share a program. After you have received an acceptance message from these users, invite the remaining users to share the program.
