You receive an error message when you send an e-mail message or apply a manual workflow rule in Microsoft CRM 1.2 (898654)

SYMPTOMSAfter you install Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, you do one of the following actions in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM: - You click Actions and then you click Send Direct E-mail to send an e-mail message.
- You click Actions and then you click Apply Rule to apply a manual workflow rule.
When you do one of these actions, you receive the following error message: You do not have sufficient access rights or privileges to perform this action. Note You do not receive this error message when you are logged on to Microsoft CRM as the system administrator user. This user is the user account that you used to install Microsoft CRM. RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
