SYMPTOMS

You cannot switch to the inset window by using the keyboard or remote. However, you can use the mouse to switch to the inset window. This symptom occurs if you switch to the Online Spotlight screen while you are playing music or watching TV.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Control the media experience in Media Center is not checked.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Start Media Center by using the green button on the remote.
  2. Select Settings, and then select General.
  3. Select More Program Options.
  4. Make sure that Control the media experience in Media Center is checked.
