Consider the following scenario. You send an e-mail message from Microsoft CRM. There are 75 or more characters in the
Subject box of the e-mail message. The recipient to whom you sent the e-mail message replies to the e-mail message. In Microsoft CRM or in Microsoft Business Solutions Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client), you forward or reply to the e-mail message. When you forward or reply to the e-mail message, you receive the following error message:
