FIX: You receive an error message when you move a Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site application to the root folder and incorrect hyperlinks are generated when you unpack multiple applications to the root folder (898460)

SYMPTOMS

When you move a Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site application to the root folder of the Web site and then you try to open a Web page on the Web site, you receive the following error message:

Additionally, if you try to unpack multiple Commerce Server 2002 Starter Site applications to the same root folder of the Web site, the hyperlinks that are generated for the second application point to the first application.
