SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, or when you try to use Outlook Express 6.0 to send and receive your e-mail messages, Outlook Express 6.0 stops responding or unexpectedly quits. If Outlook Express 6.0 unexpectedly quits, you may receive the following error message: Microsoft Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
