SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start Microsoft Office Project 2003 or Microsoft Project 2002, the program does not start. Additionally, you receive the following error message: Microsoft Project could not open Global.mpt. The file Global.mpt is either corrupted or missing. Please contact your system administrator to restore Global.mpt. CAUSEThis issue may occur if an incompatible or an outdated version of Norton AntiVirus is installed on the computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, update the version of Norton AntiVirus that is installed on the computer.
