This Microsoft Support WebCast presents an overview and explanation of how to troubleshoot Outlook calendar problems. The information in this presentation is based on Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 890436, "How to troubleshoot missing and duplicate appointments in Outlook". The WebCast will include a breakdown of troubleshooting methods and tools and will also discuss the most recent updates for CDO.dll. There will be a question and answer session with Exchange support professionals and escalation engineers to help resolve missing and duplicate items in the Outlook Calendar.

Dawn Cronin is a Microsoft Exchange support professional in the Exchange Client/Server Infrastructure Group. She has at one time or another participated in all Exchange support specialties over the years. She is currently involved in projects to produce public documentation that are focused on Microsoft Outlook calendaring issues.
