Event ID 11 and event ID 15 appear in the System event log, and clients of the Windows Server 2003-based computer are disconnected (895573)

SYMPTOMS

One or more of the following events appear in the System event log on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer: Event ID: 11
Source: SCSI miniport driver
Description: The driver detected a controller error on Device\ScsiPort1. Event ID: 15
Source: SCSI miniport driver
Description: The device, \Device\ScsiPort1, is not ready for access yet. Additionally, clients may be disconnected from the Windows Server 2003-based computer.

CAUSE

This problem may occur under high stress conditions. The problem occurs because of an error in the SCSIPort driver. This error generates Event ID 11 and event ID 15. Additionally, this problem may cause network timeouts if remote computers are accessing data on the drives that are using the SCSIPort driver on the Windows Server 2003-based computer.
