A user does not have the option to save a note after creating the note in Microsoft CRM (894928)

SYMPTOMSAfter a user creates a new note in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.0, the user does not have the option to save the note. This problem occurs if the user was assigned a custom security role whose permissions include Create access and Read access for notes.CAUSETo create and save new notes in Microsoft CRM 1.0, a user must have all the following permissions: - Create access
- Read access
- Write access
WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, modify the custom security role to include Write access.
