Method 1: View an HTML version of the presentation in your Web browserTo view an HTML version of the presentation in your Web browser, follow these steps: - Open the presentation in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, or in Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.
- On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
- In the Save as type box, click Web Page (*.htm; *.html).
- Click Save.
- Open the HTML version of the presentation in your Web browser.
Method 2: Resave the presentation before you view it in PowerPoint 2003 ViewerTo resave the presentation before you view it in PowerPoint 2003 Viewer, follow these steps: - Open the presentation in either Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 or in Microsoft PowerPoint 2002.
- On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
- In the Save as type box, click Web Page (*.htm; *.html).
- Click Save.
- Open the HTML version of the presentation in either PowerPoint 2003 or in PowerPoint 2002.
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the Save as type box, click Presentation (*.ppt).
- In the File name box, type a new name for the presentation.
- Click Save.
- Open the new presentation in PowerPoint 2003 Viewer.
