SYMPTOMS

When you try to drag a folder from Microsoft Windows Explorer and drop the folder in Microsoft Digital Image Library 9, the folder is moved to the Recycle Bin or the folder is deleted.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if you drag a sub-folder from a parent folder in Windows Explorer, and then drop the sub-folder in the same parent folder in Digital Image Library 9.

For example, consider the following scenario. You open Digital Image Library 9 in one window, and Windows Explorer in a second window. In Windows Explorer, you view the parent folder of the folder that contains your images in Digital Image Library 9. You drag a sub-folder of images from the parent folder in Windows Explorer, and then drop the sub-folder in the same parent folder in the Digital Image Library. If the Recycle Bin has sufficient space, the folder is moved to the Recycle Bin. If the Recycle Bin is full, the folder is deleted.
