The thumbnails that appear in each theme are not displayed correctly when you try to use the Create a Project option in Digital Image (894734)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Create a Project option in Microsoft Digital Image, the thumbnails that appear in each theme are not displayed correctly. Instead of a thumbnail, you see a box that contains a red X.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you have too many files in the Temporary Internet files folder.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, delete the files in the Temporary Internet files folder. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then click OK.
  2. In the Temporary Internet files area, click Delete Files.
  3. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, click OK, and then click OK again.
