SYMPTOMS

You cannot archive your digital photos in Microsoft Digital Image when you use the Hewlett Packard (HP) 8100 1.0g CD-Writer drive.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the HP 8100 1.0g CD-Writer drive uses non-standard write commands and is outdated.

RESOLUTION

As of March 2005, there is no resolution for this problem.
