Method 1: Hide panelsClick Hide Panels on the View menu in the Live Meeting 2005 meeting console. Method 2: Change the screen resolutionAs a presenter, verify that your screen resolution is comparable to that of your attendees. To lower your screen resolution, follow these steps: - Click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Change the screen resolution.
- Under Screen resolution, move the slider control to the left (lower) to match the screen resolution of your attendees.
- Click OK to close the Display Properties dialog box.
MORE INFORMATIONThe sharing feature captures, in real-time and pixel-for pixel, whatever is being shown on the presenters screen. If the presenter's screen area is set to an equal or higher screen resolution than that of the attendee, not all the presenters screen will fit on the attendees screen. When this occurs, the attendee will have to scroll to see the presenters whole screen.
