INTRODUCTION

In Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005, a meeting organizer or a Live Meeting administrator can save a recording of a meeting in the Live Meeting Replay format and then publish this recording for later playback. This article describes how to download a Live Meeting 2005 recording.

To download a Live Meeting 2005 recording, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your Live Meeting 2005 conference center as a Live Meeting administrator or as the organizer of the particular meeting.
  2. In the left pane, click Recordings under Manage. The Manage Recordings page appears.
  3. On the recording that you want to download, click the Microsoft Windows Media Player icon. The View Recording Info page appears.
  4. Click Click to download Live Meeting Replay for offline viewing.
  5. Click Save, specify the location where you want to save the Live Meeting recording, and then click OK.
