Portable computer keyboard does not work correctly after you install the Wireless Optical Desktop (894515)

SYMPTOMS

After you install the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop on your portable computer, the portable computer keyboard does not appear to function correctly.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the NUM LOCK key on the portable computer's keyboard is turned on.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, turn off the NUM LOCK key on your portable computer. See your hardware documentation for more information about how to do this.
