You must install this hotfix on the computer that hosts a MOM Agent.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this
hotfix.
Note This hotfix will restart the MOM service when you install this
hotfix.

Installation instructions
To install this hotfix, follow these steps:
- Copy the Mom2005-rtm-kb894464-x86-ia64-enu.exe file to a local
folder or to a shared network folder. If you use a shared network folder, make
sure that you can access the folder from the computers that requires this
hotfix.
- Log on to one of the computers that
requires this hotfix. You must log on to the computer as an administrator.
- Run Mom2005-rtm-kb894464-x86-ia64-enu.exe on each
computer that requires this
hotfix. You can run the file at
a command prompt, or you can double-click the file.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 on each computer that requires
this hotfix.
