You cannot finish the Saving the Great Cats scenario in Zoo Tycoon (894033)

SYMPTOMS

When you play the Saving the Great Cats scenario in Microsoft Zoo Tycoon, you cannot complete the scenario even after you receive the zoo keeper recommendation that states that the exhibit is "well suited."

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the big cats must reach a certain level of animal happiness in the Saving the Great Cats scenario. If you are not familiar with handling the big cats, you may fail the scenario.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, research toys and add rocks to the big cat exhibit after you receive the zoo keeper recommendation that states that the exhibit is "well suited."

For example, you can research the Cat Climbing Tree and put the Cat Climbing Tree in the Leopard exhibit. You can also add more rocks and foliage to the exhibit. More rocks and foliage add an additional level of animal happiness.

This behavior is by design.
