MORE INFORMATION

While PocketPC 2003 and Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 support the use of client certificates, the EAS client and Pocket Internet Explorer components do not. Windows Mobile 2003 VPN and WiFi technologies can use personal certificates for authentication.
