SYMPTOMSYou create an appointment or a task in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2 Sales for Outlook. When you change the Importance field to Low or to High, the priority resets to Normal. RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
