This article describes the attendee list replication process when you move a meeting request from the calendar of a Microsoft Exchange account to a Microsoft MSN Hotmail account or to a Microsoft MSN account in a Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 profile.

If you move a meeting request where you are a required attendee from the calendar of an Exchange account to the calendar of a Hotmail account or of an MSN account, the following will occur:
  • Your e-mail account in the attendee list changes from the Exchange account to the corresponding account when the accounts are synched in Outlook.
  • The Organizer field of a meeting request may not sync correctly.
  • You cannot view the attendee list of the original meeting request from the Hotmail or MSN account because it does not replicate.
If you move a meeting request where you are a required attendee from the calendar of one Exchange account to the calendar of another Exchange account, all meeting request replications are performed successfully.

Also, if you move a meeting request where you are a required attendee from the calendar of a Hotmail account or of an MSN account to the calendar of an Exchange account, all meeting request replications are performed successfully.
