You receive an "Unable to start help" error message when you click Help in the AppleTalk Port Configuration dialog box in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 or in an x64-based version of Windows Server 2003 (892410)

SYMPTOMSWhen you click Help in the AppleTalk Port Configuration dialog box on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or an x64-based version of Windows Server 2003, you receive the following error message: Unable to start help The AppleTalk Port Configuration dialog box appears when you configure the port for an AppleTalk printer in the Printers and Faxes folder. Additionally, you receive the same error message if the following conditions are true: - You used the Add Printer Wizard to add an AppleTalk device.
- You clicked Help when you received the following message:Do you want to capture this AppleTalk device? When captured, this printer will no longer be directly accessible to other computers using Apple Talk, but will still be available for AppleTalk printing exclusively through this Windows computer.
