When you view the list of reviewers in a Microsoft Word 2002 document, the list contains reviewers who did not review the document.

For instance, you experience this symptom in the following scenario:

1. You create a Microsoft Word 2002 document and you name it "doc1." Two reviewers change the document by using the Track Changes feature. You view their changes, and then you close "doc1."
2. You create a Microsoft Word 2002 document and you name it "doc2." Five reviewers change the document by using the Track Changes feature. You view their changes, and then you close "doc2."
3. You open "doc1" again, and you view the reviewer's list. The two reviewers are listed. Then, you open "doc2," and you view the reviewer's list. There are seven reviewers that are listed in this document instead of five.
4. When you close "doc2," there are seven reviewers that are now listed in "doc1."
