    2. At the command prompt, type the following STSADM command, and then press ENTER:

    3. Type iisreset, and then press ENTER.
  • To disable this hotfix to restore Windows SharePoint Services to its original behavior, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
    2. At the command prompt, type the following STSADM command, and then press ENTER:

      stsadm -o setproperty -propertyname denymachineadminaccess -propertyvalue 0

    3. Type iisreset, and then press ENTER.
