SYMPTOMSWhen you view the resource availability fields or graph types by using the Build Team Graph or by using the Resource Usage View in Microsoft Office Project 2003, the following fields or graph types may display incorrect information: - Work
- Remaining Availability
- Assignment Work
However, if you view the resource availability information in Microsoft Project Web Access, the correct information is displayed. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 891203 Description of the Microsoft Office Project 2003 post-Service Pack 1 hotfix package: January 13, 2005 After you install this hotfix, this problem does not occur in a new project. To fix the assignment data in an existing project after you install this hotfix, open the project, make a change to the assignment data, and then save the project.
