SYMPTOMS
When you use the
java.util.HashMap class to insert a key with the Int32.MinValue hash code into an array, a System.IndexOutOfRangeException exception occurs in a Visual J# .NET Redistributable Package 1.1-based application.
Note This problem occurs after you install the hotfix that is discussed in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 830297.

RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
