This WebCast will present information to help you identify and troubleshoot typical Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) issues that may occur when you work with Microsoft Outlook. The presentation will discuss encryption, trust, configuration, and use of Outlook, both with and without a Microsoft Exchange Server in the environment.

This is a Level 200 session presented by Will Duff.

Will Duff is a support engineer for the Enterprise Business Applications group. He specializes in Exchange client/server integration within Product Support Services. As a content champion, he works closely with the technical writers and specialty teams for Exchange within Enterprise Business Applications and Escalation Services to maintain and create support content. Will has been with Microsoft for more than five years and has worked with MSN, with Windows and Internet Explorer Consumer Support, and with the Outlook team in both Consumer and Enterprise Support. He has been the subject matter expert support engineer for Outlook and S/MIME for five years.
