Some services are not restarted after you install Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2004 (891259)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to install Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, some services stop responding during the installation. When the installation is completed, the services that depend on those services that stopped responding may not be restarted.
The following services are affected if they are hosted on the ISA Server 2004-based computer: - Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Web sites
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
- Manually restart each service.
Note There are no indications in the event log that any services are stopped. - Restart the ISA Server 2004-based computer to restart the services.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
