SYMPTOMSWhen you use the QuickTime Player in a Firewall Client (FWC) forward
scenario in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, QuickTime may not

QuickTime users who use the Firewall Client in a route relationship.CAUSEDuring the QuickTime unique Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP)
session, a message is sent in the middle of the setup session. This functionality may confuse the

Note The setup
session is the session
where all the ports are declared.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, disable User Datagram Protocol (UDP) remote
binding for the QuickTime Player in the Firewall Client Settings dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:

Management console tree, click General.
- In the Details pane, click Define Firewall Client
Application Settings.
- On the Application Settings tab, click
New.
- In the Application box, type
QuickTimePlayer.
- In the Key box, type
Disable.
- In the Value box, type
1.
- Click OK two times to close the
