CAUSE
This issue occurs because the VMR does not always use the video stream as the master stream. This behavior occurs if the anamorphic video contains one or both of the following streams:
- A subpicture stream
- A closed caption stream
If either of these streams have square pixels or a 4:3 aspect ratio, the video stream may be incorrectly scaled.
