SYMPTOMS
The images in a Web archive (.mht) file no longer appear when you view the .mht file in an operating system other than the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 operating system where the .mht file is stored. Instead of the images, you may see an image placeholder, such as a blank box.
This
problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You created the .mht file by using Microsoft
Collaboration Data Objects for Windows 2000 (CDOSYS) with the
CreateMHTMLBody method.
- The file paths of the images in the .mht file contain a space or the "%20" blank space
code.
RESOLUTION
Note This resolution fixes only newly created Web archive files. This resolution does not fix any previously created Web archive files.
