A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. Hotfix installation information
After you install this hotfix, you must update your RosettaNet database. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start SQL Query Analyzer.
- Connect to the instance of Microsoft SQL Server where your RosettaNet databases are stored.
- Open the Btarndata_logic.sql file that is included with this hotfix.
Note If you use a different name for your database instead of the default name of BTARNDATA, you must change the first line of the Btarndata_logic.sql script. In this scenario, change USE BTARNData to USE YourDatabaseName. - From SQL Query Analyzer, run the SQL Server query.
