SYMPTOMSWhen you try to restrict the permissions of an e-mail message or of a document in a Microsoft Office 2003 program, the Exchange Global Address List may not be available in the Permission dialog box. You restrict permissions by pointing to Permission on the File menu, and then clicking Restrict Permission As.CAUSEThis issue may occur when you do this on a domain controller that has the Active Directory directory service and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 installed.
